Transformation Feature is grayed out in some cases, what's the cause?
Someone shared me a model which is just what I need but I want to scale it by a bit to meet my need
However most tools are Grayed Out
I have no idea what's going on and how to fix it. They works fine in other projects

The Part Body is empty, meaning the model is all surfaces with no solid features.
You could work with the surfaces by changing to the Gen Shape Design workbench. The Transformation tool should be active there, and you should be able to scale the surfaces.
Or, you could build a solid from all the surfaces, and then use the Part Design workbench to scale the solid.
