I think you can simply rotate the part.

(and then "snap to ground" so that it would be on the ground)

Thank you ! It works but i have to rotate it very carefully to its shadows,unless i am doing it wrong.

During the uploading stage there is a orientation button (y+,z-). By changing the axis which is normal to bottom plane, you can rotate your part and get proper position for your render.

That i hoped to find but because i upload it directly from solid edge i don't have that option.

You have two additional options for increased accuracy:

1. In the image Meelis posted, notice you can also input values directly for rotation in the X,Y, Z axis.
2. If you hold the shift key while manipulation the on-screen rotation gizmo, the software will snap to 15° increments.

Both of the above options make it much easier to rotate to 90°, or another value.
