Need consultation for resolving issue we are facing with carousel design for Bag Handling.

I am facing problem with carousel set up that i have designed for bag handling, which is getting stuck while turning. can someone provide consultation to help recitify the issue.

Looks little bumpy to me, check for unpolished welds and debris on the rails and don't forget the grease ;)
What size of a motor is driving this?
