ENTITY(IES) FOUND WITHOUT ANY PROCESS MARK THEM? CNCKAD AUTO NEST

In CncKad AutoNest an error pops up with auto cuts,

"(X) entityies found without any process.
Mark them?"

This is a new problem that I have run into, I am unable to find a fix this is happing for all parts no mater how simple or how it is made. manual cut never cuts all the way along the tube. Marking the lines work but i would like to avoid that issue.
