Convert solidwork part to sheet metal

I have a hollow cylinder and cone as a solidwork part and I want to turn it into a flat sheet in sheet metal. How can I do this?

First make a cut through material in (y direction) and choose through all in extrude cut and then from sheet metal tab choose (insert bends) and choose an edge of the material
