Assembly In Solidworks

I want to assemble the frame and chasis so that the frame remain fixed and chasis can be lift upto angle degree. For the reference i had also attached the pic.

While in "Mate", select the "Advanced" tab and use the "Angle" mate, which will allow you to set limits.
