There's no reason this couldn't work, but the actual ballistic performance of the cartridge is what will make this a good idea or a bad idea. If you have a means to build a test-bench and load this cartridge, it would be worthwhile before deciding to design an actual rifle to accept such a cartridge.

in general, with an increased gap, the shot range will decrease, a rifled barrel will reduce self-efficacy - the effect of bullet twisting and derivation. But, I think, insignificantly, within the limits of barrel wear - about the 23mm projectile, I can say that the worn barrel gave a range of 1200 meters, and after installing a new barrel, it hit the target at the required 1400 meters. when derivation ends, the bullet loses its trajectory and either deflects and falls, or begins to tumble

You are right Mr Victor. This cartridge would be the new round in ammunition family with some pros and cons.
